What size do nappies fit?
Our nappies fit from approximately 3.5-17kg. They are a one size fits most design and the nappy is adjustable via the snaps on the front.
Do you offer accessories in your gorgeous range of prints?
No. We only produce nappies which helps us keep our costs low and focus on what we do best!
Do you wholesale? Can I buy from a retailer?
No. To keep our prices low we sell direct to our customers at the lowest price.
Can I mix nappies to create my own 6 pack?
No. Our pack discount only applies to the predetermined series packs. These are all prepacked by our supplier allowing us to offer the discount on these packs.
Are your nappies ethically made?
Yes. We use a small family factory in China. They produce for several other Australian brands.
Is your nappy a unique design?
Yes. We have designed our nappy from scratch adopting all the features we most want to see in a cloth nappy. Trim, tummy elastic, double waist snaps, pocket for ease of use, front snapping and rise snaps. The nappy is super trim making it perfect for under clothing.
How much is shipping?

Shipping is $10 Flat rate.
What is your warranty?
Nappies are covered for any faults for 3 months. This covers snaps, fabrics, stitching etc. Any fault should become apparent within this period of time. Issues outside of this time are considered wear and tear. For example snaps that may come off are usually a result of washing where the tab catches and the snap fractures. Snaps fractured in manufacturing would loosen and come off within the first or second wear.
We do not cover against pilling, staining, ripping or any other general wear and tear.
What is your returns policy?
All sales are final. We are unable to exchange or refund for nappies purchased due to change of mind. This is due to the nature of the goods and our commitment to ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of all nappies sold. We cannot on sell any nappy or insert that has left our premises so we are unable to offer a return on them.
We suggest purchasing one nappy to try if you are unsure of the fit or suitability of our nappies for your child.
Where goods are faulty, please contact us to determine whether a refund or replacement is suitable. Please see our terms and conditions regarding faults.
