I was recommended Berry Bottoms by my sister-in-law who used them from birth until toilet trained. I have just started them with my little guy and they are great. I really like the nappies! I ordered a few shells and lots of trifold inserts, having not tried trifolds before but I’ve heard they’re handy because they can fold up for more absorbency and unfold to dry faster when washed. I really like the nappy shells - cute prints and I love that they have elastic on the back and the front waist.
The trifolds are good but one isn’t enough in one nappy and two fits but it’s too bulky. I’ll need to use one trifold with a thinner hemp or microfibre insert.
Finally the customer service wasn’t great. A large part of my order was missing when it arrived, which is fine mistakes happen. But I had to email twice about it and it took a week to be rectified with no communication. I simply received a new order confirmation for the missing items and never had a direct response to my email. Having worked in customer service for a long time I know how busy things can get and companies can fall behind if understaffed, but I would have expected at least a short response just to say sorry all done. I’m glad they fixed it though.
